During her tenure, she has led global investment activities and portfolio governance, particularly focusing on Africa. Before joining Accion, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, worked on product innovation at SKS Microfinance in India, and provided consulting to various financial inclusion enterprises worldwide. Holds a B.A. from Davidson College and an MBA from The Wharton School.
