Amy Kruse is a General Partner at Prime Movers Lab, leading the life sciences investments. As a biologist and neuroscientist, Amy scouts for emerging startups and conducts in-depth due diligence in fields like neuroscience, human augmentation, and synthetic biology. She assists portfolio companies in addressing scientific challenges, focusing on deploying complex technologies in real-world settings. Previously, Amy served as Chief Scientific Officer at Optios, where she helped shape the company’s scientific vision and expanded its IP portfolio. She also held the position of VP and CTO at Cubic Global Defense, managing innovation across the entire defense enterprise.
