Brian Rumao

Brian is a director at Next Play Ventures and serves as VP and Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman of LinkedIn. For over six years, he was the Chief of Staff for CEO Jeff Weiner, collaborating closely with LinkedIn’s executive team on managing strategic initiatives, scaling cross-functional programs, and crafting company narratives. Brian also managed the post-acquisition integration with Microsoft, and joined LinkedIn in 2012, contributing to business operations and growth strategy in B2B marketing and sales. Before LinkedIn, Brian was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula and is a First Mover Fellow of the Aspen Institute.
