Before founding Costanoa, he served as Managing Director at Sutter Hill, where he focused on enterprise tech, backing companies like Merced Systems, QuinStreet, AllBusiness, and Feedburner. He was Netscape's first product manager, coining its name and growing its SuiteSpot business from $0 to $140M in revenue. He also held a business development role at Cisco, architecting a global channel strategy.
