Jeff Rinehart

Jeff spent the first 20 years of his career as an operator, focusing on making an impact on the world. He began at Capital One, where he spent over a decade leading data science and analytics. Later, he was the VP of Marketing Strategy for US Card at Capital One, managing a significant marketing budget across all channels. He first met the City Light team while working at 2U, a category-defining company invested in by City Light.
