Joo Hock Chua

Joo Hock Chua is the Managing Partner of Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia/India. He began his career in 1987 with the Singapore Technologies Group, participating in their early venture investments that eventually became Vertex. Over his career, Joo Hock has led VC investments in regions like the US, India, Singapore, China, and Israel. He also spent years leading Vertex's US operations and currently serves on several portfolio company boards, including Grab, Payfazz, and StoreHub.
