Kishen Mangat joined Boulder Ventures in 2022, bringing 25 years of operational experience as a founder and executive across startups and corporates. From 2013 to 2022, Kishen served as VP/GM at Cisco, leading multiple technology transitions, including deploying the world’s first nationwide 5G core network. Before Cisco, Kishen founded Broadhop, Inc., which pioneered dynamic service control in mobile networks and was acquired by Cisco. He was also the founder of Amigo Systems and co-founder of STS Hotel Net, both successfully acquired.
