Laura founded and is the CEO of TheVentureCity after spending over eight years at Facebook. She started as Country Manager for Spain and Portugal and was the first employee there. After three years, she relocated to Silicon Valley to lead growth, mobile, and partnerships for LATAM. She also spearheaded Facebook's strategy for Cuba. Before Facebook, she held leadership roles at eBay, Siemens, and Ogilvy, and co-founded Esplaya.com in 2000.
