Nisha Dua
Managing Partner
Nisha has over a decade of experience spanning media, tech, strategy, and law. As General Manager of AOL’s site Cambio, she re-launched it in partnership with Girls Who Code, rebranding it as a space “for girls, #BuiltByGirls.” Later, she founded Built By Girls, a platform to connect young women and non-binary talent with industry professionals to help them enter tech-powered careers. Nisha has also served as Chief of Staff for the AOL Brand Group, overseeing strategy, operations, and special projects. Her professional journey started as a management consultant with Bain & Company and as an M&A lawyer with Australian law firm Blake Dawson.
