Rachel Holt

Before leaving Uber in 2020, Rachel was a long-time member of its executive leadership team, joining as one of the first 30 employees. Her role expanded to overseeing the US & Canada rides business, global marketing, brand, and customer operations, representing nearly half of Uber's bookings. She also led Uber’s New Mobility organization, overseeing Jump e-bikes and e-scooters. Rachel now invests in and serves on boards like Calibrate, UrbanStems, and Caribou.
