
Ryan McIntyre

Ryan co-founded the early internet search engine Excite in 1993, which went public in 1996 and later merged to become Excite@Home. It was one of the top five websites in the early days of the web. He started his venture career at Mobius Venture Capital in 2000, just before the first internet bubble burst. As a software engineer at Excite, Ryan built infrastructure for a large-scale consumer-facing site, informing his focus on developer tools, enterprise, and consumer-facing investments. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.
