Serene Papenfuss

Serene is passionate about partnering with entrepreneurs, spending most of her time working with SaaS and marketplace startups. Before joining Kickstart, she worked at Susquehanna Growth Equity, where she helped create the portfolio value creation team and scaled revenue growth. She also worked as a management consultant at Cicero Group on growth strategy. From Tokyo, she is fluent in Japanese, a qualified marathon runner, and enjoys diverse hobbies such as reading, drawing, and traveling.
