Stephen joined Scout Ventures with a passion for mission-driven teams and a desire to help shape the future through technology. He also helped build and launch Chiplytics, a hardware security company. Stephen is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MS in finance from Johns Hopkins. He served as a cryptologic warfare officer in the Navy and taught cyber science.
