Tricia Black

Tricia founded Amplifyher Ventures with a mission to increase female representation in leadership positions. She believes this will create more mentors and pave pathways for other women leaders. Tricia has previously held senior executive roles in sales and marketing for various high-growth businesses, including Collegiate Advantage, Student Advantage, and Y2M Youth Media & Marketing. As Facebook’s seventh employee, she was the first VP of Sales, building the company's advertising infrastructure and helping brands navigate the transition to social media. She has been investing in female founders for a decade and is a member of the Women’s Leadership Board at Harvard Kennedy School.
